A bit of background, my property had a damp/mould problem that had been causing issues in various rooms of the house. I had a total of 3 surveyors round to see what could be causing the issue. Trevor came round listened carefully to the problems with each room and then made a thorough investigation of the property to see what could be causing the damp. He was extremely hands on with his search leaving no stone unturned, he was in-fact the only surveyor out of the 3 that went into the loft space which in doing so found the main cause of the damp; which was a tree that had penetrated through the wall/roof, the other surveyors came round and looked from afar which actually would never have found the problem at all. Trevors report was remarkable and when the work started him and his team were punctual, extremely professional and did a fantastic job! Would highly recommend!

Had arrange With receptionist for Brian to do a call out for damp Proofing on the 15th of May 2024. £100 call out fee. Waited at the property for over two hours, no show, I did numerous phone calls with them as they never phoned me. Trevor giving me plenty of excuses why Brian never turned up for the job. So I give him the benefit of the doubt. Made another appointment the following week. No-show again, they didn’t even have the decency to answer my phone calls. If I run my business like that, I would have no clients left. They just Lost Business on my properties. Wouldn’t recommend this company .

I highly recommend Trevor and GGDR. They're trustworthy, hard working and reliable. We had issues with rising damp as well damp issues coming from leakages in the attic which had rotted some of the beams and insulation. Trevor and his team repaired the causes of the leaks and damp, got the beams looking like new and replaced all our insulation. They also repaired the chimney stacks that were causing the issues and did it all in less time than he originally quoted. I'll be using him and his team for any work I need in the future without a doubt 👍
